By downloading, accessing, or using DUM-BEL, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use DUM-BEL. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

DUM-BEL offers a free tier that provides access to core features including the exercise library, manual workout creation, and basic workout logging at no charge.
DUM-BEL Pro is a paid subscription available at $2.99 per month ("Subscription Fee"). The Pro subscription unlocks unlimited AI-generated workout plans and in-depth workout history and analytics.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of the paid period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
All purchases are final unless required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
DUM-BEL is a fitness tracking and planning tool. The content, workout plans, and AI-generated recommendations provided by the App are for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Before beginning any exercise program, you should consult with a qualified healthcare professional, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns. DUM-BEL is not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse health outcome resulting from the use of information or workout plans provided through the Service.
By using the App, you acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks, and you voluntarily assume all such risks.
The Service and its original content, features, functionality, exercise library, AI systems, GIFs, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by DUM-BEL and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership interest to you.
You retain ownership of any data you personally create within the App, such as your workout logs and custom workout templates.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or content through the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and incorporate that content for the purpose of improving the Service. We will not identify you as the source of such feedback without your consent.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content available through the Service.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DUM-BEL AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM:
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the greater of $10.00 USD or the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Service.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App and contacting us to request account deletion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which DUM-BEL is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for claims involving intellectual property or unauthorized access.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the App or by email and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
